The Amazing Vocal Talents and Synthesiser skills Of Mike Vaughan of Mike and His Music and the good looks of Perry Guidrey of `Nice `N` Easy makes this Duo completely different from any other. They have been together since 1998 when Mike stood in for Ian who was indisposed at that Time. Mike worked with Perry in his Duo, Nice `N` Easy up to 2000. Mike left Nice `N` Easy in 2005 when Ian returned. In 2000 the The New Millennium Duo was formed and ran until 2008 when the name was changed to Artbeat. This reflected the change of sound which occurred when new instruments were added. It was also felt that the old name was outdated.
